委託前請務必詳讀本頁委託規範，支付訂金後即表示您理解並同意以下規範事項。
若無紙本合約，則依本頁委託規範內容為準。
本規範適用於個人委託，公司或商業委託請另行討論合約。
◤基本授權規範
- 繪師本人擁有圖像著作人格權 (我不一定為圖中角色的原創作者，而是這張圖的創作者)
- 繪師有權使作品於公開平台展示和放入作品集。有機會在twitch等平台進行繪製實況，於Instagram、Youtube等SNS平台公開製作影片或圖片。如有非公開或時限上的考量，請在務必於委託時事先告知
- 網站上的價格標註為非商業委託價，除非有紙本合約，否則出圖皆為個人使用，非商業委託內容請勿用於商業印製，若有製作周邊等任何其他用途，請務必事先詢問告知
- 繪師上將委託圖上傳SNS平台時會縮圖放上浮水印
- 委託人可將圖分享於個人社群網站，同好影印限制在10份以內
- 委託人上傳圖請標明繪師名 minou 、連結回個人網站 (origaminou.com)或SNS平台(IG、Twitch)
- 您有權可退款的%數和可退款的時間點詳列在下方委託流程中
- 禁止將任何階段委託圖，經由任何形式AI網站二次生成圖像或餵給AI學習
- 希望可以先了解並接受我的畫風再進行委託

委託流程
細節討論
討論委託細項內容，委託的種類/是否為商業委託/公開可否
可提供的資料
若您是第一次委託可以參考(這裡)簡易的問卷提供繪師作畫的方向。
估價匯款
資料確認後依照委託內容給予報價，雙方同意後匯款。
3000元以下委託需一次支付，若為商業委託或高於3000元以上，可分訂金尾款支付。
委託成立後可於(連結)確認工作時程。
第一草稿於收到匯款後開始動工。
草稿確認
確認草稿後若不滿意您可有一次機會修改，請一次明確表達想要修改的方向。
確認草稿沒問題後會開始後續的上線稿和上色。
注意進入線稿作業後您可以取消委託但將無法退款。
完稿確認 支付尾款
完稿後會先以浮水印小圖給委託人確認，除非有重大錯誤，否則默認有一次小修改機會（不可為調整動作等大修改）。
若沒問題便支付尾款。
完稿交件
確認款項入帳後，將使用電子信箱、雲端連結等交件，您會拿到無浮水印的完整大圖。
*工作天從收到款項後開始計算。有狀況導致順延皆會提前告知。
FAQ
退款
若您不滿意並要取消委託在草稿階段可退款60%。 注意進入線稿作業後您可以取消委託，但將無法退款。
支付方式
台灣的委託人可以通過郵局、銀行匯款 海外的顧客可以通過Paypal支付 Oversea payments are dealt in USD with (total payment + 5%) 在我通知您付款前先不要隨意支付，會被當成是抖內

什麼時候可以拿到我的委託圖?
我會在收到第一筆委託款項後才開始草稿的動工。 中間會有幾次來回討論，如果委託人都即時回覆便是依造各委託所標時間給圖，如果討論回覆都延遲便有可能延遲工作。 您可以在連結確認我的工作流程。
我可以上傳你的圖嗎?
只要標明繪師 minou 或我的SNS來源，都可以上傳公開平台或好好收藏欣賞。 但你不可以以任何方式暗示或明示是自己畫的。

◤General terms

I retain copyright of the commissioned illustration. (To clarify and prevent confusion on this point: I do not own the rights to the characters/subject of illustration. I just do the drawings, and I am the copyright holder of the drawings. No one else can claim that my work is theirs, not even the client).

I may stream the creation process of your commission. If you need it kept private until a specific date, please discuss in the request email.

I may post the commissioned work on my social medias, make videos, put on websites for portfolio purposes. It will be noted that the work is a commission.

Client will be the only person get my full size image without water mark.
- Client and I both reserve the right to cancel/decline a commission at any time, refund rules clearly state under.
- Final product is for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless you have my contract for a commercial piece of work.
- Client must credit and link back to my website or any SNS account when they want to post final product online.
- If the commission is for commercial use, please contact me directly for more details.

Original Character
Original characters are always welcome.
Fanarts
Depend on what kind of. Best if I've seen it, too.
BG/BL/GL
Will do illustration in any sexuality.
Furry
Will do if you trust my skill.
NSFW
Will do if you show me the moeny $$$
Heavy Metel
Not good at it.
Gero, Creepy, Fetish
Will not take. Only accept for little bleeding.
Old People
Not very good at it, but will do if you trust my skill.

細節討論
brife discuss about the illustration you would like to commission. Type of Commission Character references: Send me a link to your image references, text description, background story, facial expressions etc. The more specific your information is, better the outcomes. 估價匯款
I will send you an innovice via paypal. After first payment, I will put you in the waiting list. You can check drawing statue here. Get an innovice and have first payment. I will provide1~2 rough sketches for you to check (depends on type of commission). You will have chance to change my layout and point out any mistakes if you want. Having 2 times to redraw.
完稿確認
If the sketches are comfirm, I will then continue finishing the illustration, and provide small scale picture with watermark for you to make a final check. Almost there...
支付尾款
Unless there's big mistake on the illustration, otherwise more redraw will charge more money. When the final check is done, you will pay the last payment, and get your full size finished illustration. Last payment. Enjoy your piece.
FAQ
Refund
You have the right to cancel the commission at anytime. However if you wish to cancel the commission, refund is available only BEFORE INKING stage. Once I start inking, refund can not be made.
Payment
If you live outside Taiwan, Payment is taken through PayPal Invoice. I will send you an invoice include a PayPal fee of total payment. All payments are dealt in USD with (total payment + 5%) Don't send payment without my approval (If you do, I will consider it's a tip and may not refund.)
Do you accept requests/art trades?
I DO NOT accept requests from anyone. I DO NOT accept art trades from strangers, only friends and mutuals.
When will I get my work?
Drawing process will start AFTER I receive 50% of the total payment. Different kinds of commission require different time.
Can I use/repost your art?
For Commissioned Art: Only the commissioner has permission to use this art. You would have to ask the commissioner for permission. For NONCommissioned Fanart: Case by case basis. Please ask and state exactly what you want to use it for. If I say yes, I require credit or a link back to me. For Personal Art: Drawings I do of my Original Characters, or other things I decide to draw for myself, may never be used by others. In special cases I may say yes, but never for OC art.
